Help Desk is how the IT Department helps your employees get back to work. The help desk support team is available during standard business hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time, offering assistance and technical support to your employees during these specified hours. We offer a range of help desk services to meet your teams needs.

  • Unlimited email and portal submitted tickets allow your employees to submit tickets as needed via email or a web based portal that provides access to self-help resources for those who want it. 
  • Initial System Ticket Priority allows TechStar to categorize and rank support issues to ensure timely resolution to all tickets based on perceived urgency and system impact.  
  • Managed Workstation Support provides comprehensive support for workstations including software deployment, updates, troubleshooting, security, and overall maintenance to ensure that workstations function effectively. 
  • Remote Support is provided during business hours and allows technicians to remotely access users’ computer systems, applications, or network to resolve problems without being physically present at the user’s location.
  • High Priority Ticket Phone Support provides users with a means to request assistance for support tickets that have been categorized as high priority. Users can contact the support team via phone to expedite the resolution of critical issues. 
  • User Defined Ticket Priority allows your employees to specify the priority level of their support tickets when creating or submitting them. This empowers users to communicate the perceived urgency of their issues, helping support teams prioritize their responses.
  • Concierge Priority Phone Support is a specialized support service that provides your employees with dedicated and expedited assistance via phone. It often includes a higher level of service, quicker response times, and personalized support for specific issues or requests.
